Navigating Grief Together

Navigating Grief Together

Grieving the loss of a loved one is a journey that often feels less burdensome when shared with others who understand. At Hospice of Lake Cumberland, our Bereavement Groups offer a safe and supportive space for anyone navigating the complexities of grief.

Welcoming All: Our Bereavement Groups are open to the public, embracing individuals from all walks of life. You don’t need to be from a “hospice family” to join. Whether your loss occurred recently or years ago, there’s no timeline for grief, and everyone is welcome.

Bereavement Support Across Counties: As we extend care across a seven-county region—including Pulaski, Casey, Russell, Clinton, McCreary, Wayne, and Cumberland—our Bereavement Groups are held in different counties on a monthly basis. This ensures accessibility and outreach to our Hospice LC communities.

Year-Round Support in Somerset: Our Somerset Bereavement Group meets year-round, providing consistent and reliable support for those in the area. Check our website or Facebook page for up-to-date information on current Bereavement Group meetings, locations, and schedules.

Free and Open to All Residents: All our Bereavement Groups are free of charge and open to residents of Pulaski County and surrounding areas. This inclusive approach reflects our commitment to fostering healing connections within the broader community.

Join Us in Nurturing Hope and Healing: If you’re seeking understanding, empathy, and a shared journey through grief, we invite you to join our Bereavement Groups. Together, we navigate the path of healing, offering each other strength and support along the way.
