RN Case Manager
Hospice of Lake Cumberland is looking for a full time Clinton/Cumberland RN Case Manager. Must have two years of varied nursing experience. This person will manage the care of their assigned patients and complete all required paperwork. You will be in charge of giving care to our patients located in Clinton and Cumberland counties. This is a Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5 job with some paid on call responsibility. On call consist of covering one day during the week about every three weeks and covering one weekend every three months. We have weeknight and weekend staff so the on call is almost always in a back-up role and not primary call unless covering when on call staff take off.
We allow a lot of flexibility with our positions. If you need to flex your time on some days then that is allowed as long as you let your supervisor know but we ask that you keep to the Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5 schedule for the majority of the time. You must be able to work with an interdisciplinary team and be a team player. Must be able to do electronic documentation with the company provided iPad and iPhone. We pay 50% all health insurance premiums from single coverage all the way up to family coverage. We also give you $250 per month flex dollars to spend towards your benefits or as an additional cash benefit if you do not choose any of our benefits. This amounts to an extra $3000 per year. We offer a very generous paid days off policy where you could earn from 30 to 36 days off per year. Paid holidays.
